Processing & Shipping
| What are my shipping methods choices? |
| We ship by USPS Priority Mail, USPS Overnight Express Mail and Global Priority Mail. |
| Your order will be processed and shipped from our processing center in Los Angeles, Southern California. USPS Priority Mail is the standard shipping method mailing to all 50 States in the United States, including including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, as well as APO/FPO addresses within or outside the U.S. Same standard priority mail charge is applied. |
| USPS Priority Mail (Inside U.S.A.) - normally takes 2 to 3 business days only |
| USPS Overnight Express Mail (Inside U.S.A.) - available for in-stock items only. Orders must be received by 3:00 pm PST Monday to Friday. You order will arrive on business days only and require signature. It normally takes 1 to 2 business days. |
| Global Priority Mail (Outside U.S.A.) - ship to all major international countries and normally takes 5 to 7 business days. |

You may request a change to your order which has not already been shipped. Please email us your name and exact changes. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you purchased is back-ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item. You can also decide to choose another item as the replacement.
Returns Policies
What is your return policy?
You may return any unopened items within 1 week of delivery for a full refund. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to any opened items. Shipping and handling charges are unrefundable. For defective items, we will exchange the same item and pay for one-way shipping cost to your location.
