Do you charge sales tax?
We will collect sales tax of 8.25% on all orders shipped within California.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We do ship to most international destinations using Global Priority Mail. We guarantee you get XXX DVDs any countries in Asia, Middle-East, Canada, Europe, Australia or YOU DON'T PAY! Customs policies vary from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When do you charge my credit / debit card?
Your card is charged only when your order is ready to be shipped.
Can you ship to a different address other than my billing address?

How long will it take before my order ships?

What if I receive a partial order?
To prevent any delays, we will ship all in stock items. You will only be charged for what you receive. We will let you know by email about the status of the missing item, and we'll be happy to ship the missing item free of shipping charges.

How can I change/modify an order?
You may request a change to your order which has not already been shipped. Please email us your name and exact changes. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.
What if my product is out of stock?
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you purchased is back-ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item. You can also decide to choose another item as the replacement.
What is your return policy?
You may return any unopened items within 1 week of delivery for a full refund. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to any opened items. Shipping and handling charges are unrefundable. For defective items, we will exchange the same item and pay for one-way shipping cost to your location.
